The project comprises the provision of planning, engineering design and supervision of infrastructural services for 6000 plots on Tuwani Farm, Kitale.Cost of infrastructural services is Kshs 200 million.

The project comprises civil and structural engineering design for the construction of 305 3-bedroomed maisonettes on Mombasa Road, adjacent the Belle View Cinema.This project cost is Kshs 600 million to completion.

This project comprises the design and supervision of the civil and structural engineering works of 124 executive bungalows in Muthaiga with a shopping complex and a nursery school.This project cost is Kshs 325 million.
SAVANNA DEVELOPMENT: for Savanna Development Company Limited.
The project, situated in Doonholm off Outer-ring Road consists the provision of infrastructural services for 614 Low Cost Housing Units, design and supervision of roads, stormwater drainage, foul sewerage, water reticulation and street lighting.Cost Kshs 120 million.
